Claudia is a railway operations management professional with experience in high-profile rail bids and major rail operations readiness and mobilisation projects in the UK and South-East Asia. She is skilled in project management, bid management and operations management, with particular proficiency in technical bid writing and requirements gathering with subject matter experts; she takes complex concepts and makes them accessible and compelling. Claudia has taken roles in the technology sector as well as transport, leading the bid strategy for in-house teams, with a focus on quality and compliance.

Projects include:

• Writing a bidder’s tender responses to operate both the Docklands Light Railway and Elizabeth line in London, developing a compelling narrative for the bid plan proposals across the full spectrum of deliverables
• Leading the writing of three delivery plans a consortium’s operations and maintenance bid for the Singapore Metro
• Writing the highest scoring bid plan of the winning Manchester Metrolink bid worth £647 million for a UK transport operator
• Writing winning bids and grant proposals for a number of companies spanning multiple industries including technology, construction, health, charity, sports, finance, media, higher education and government.
